Subject: [PATCH 1/1] [project @ 2003-11-11 11:50:52 by simonmar] Convert to
 use Haddock 0.6's combined contents/index functionality
 for the hierarchical library docs.

HEADS UP: you need Haddock 0.6 in order to run 'make html' in
fptools/libraries now.
