Subject: [PATCH] Fix pretty-printing of IfaceAnyTc (fixes Trac #3883)

The panic message in ifaceTyConName on IfaceAnyTc
called the pretty-printer, called ifaceTyConName again,
which caused an infinite regress.  Stupid.
